"THE WALL COMES DOWN"
The new wall is to be constructed of slump block and be about 18" (1 1/2 ft.) farther out than ours was, making the path wider along this section of the park. The new wall is supposed to be about 9 to 10 ft. tall along the path. The other side of the wall will have about 2 ft. of fill, higher than our side, making the wall only 8 ft. tall on their side.
